How does it work?
Held over five consecutive days during the January school holidays, this focused program is designed to accelerate your progress in a short timeframe.
With a low student-to-teacher ratio of 1:2, you’ll receive personalised instruction tailored to your skill level and goals.
Whether you’re a beginner looking to overcome your swimming fear or an intermediate swimmer aiming to refine technique, our intensive adults format helps build water confidence, improve stroke efficiency, and boost overall fitness.
The supportive environment and consistent daily practice foster rapid learning and lasting results.
Adult Lesson Intensive

7.30am-10.30am (each class is 45-minutes long), with your session time the same each day.

This is an intensive programs run across a full week and all students will be required to engage in 5 x swim lessons for the week (1 each day). Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate lessons on only selected days.
