Group Fitness Class FAQS

Group fitness classes are available for bookings online through the client portal, and in person at reception.

Yes, the casual price for group fitness classes in the fitness studios are $18.20 per class or $14.60 with a concession card.

Aquatic group fitness classes are $18.30 per class or $14.60 with a concession card.

Note: Reformer Pilates sessions cannot be booked casually. 

You can view this on the Memberships page under ‘casual entry’.

Yes, group fitness classes are capped at a certain number of participants, this will allow another member to attend. 

Cancellations can be made via the client portal or over the phone up to an hour before the class. Any cancellations that happen within this 1 hour period may incur a charge.

If you know you cannot make your class, we kindly ask that you cancel your booking so that someone on the waitlist may be able to make it.

A towel is required at all classes.

A drink bottle (no glass drink bottles). 

Your own yoga mat (recommended).

Shoes are required for all classes, except Wellness and reformer Pilates classes.

To ensure classes are able to start on time, we ask that you please arrive to class 5 minutes early. If you arrive after class start time, you will not be able to join. This policy ensures everyone is treated fairly and minimises disruptions to other participants.

Yes please, we love new participants! The team will ensure you have a great experience and guide you through the class.

Yes absolutely! Your group fitness instructor will provide options for all levels of fitness.

No, children are not permitted to sit in the studios during the classes. Creche will be available on selected days once we have received the appropriate licensing.

Reformer Pilates FAQS

For NARC & Narrandjeri Stadium

Absolutely! Our Reformer Pilates sessions are inclusive and everyone is welcome regardless of skillset or experience.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the class start time, your friendly instructor will run through the Reformer, explaining how the carriage works.

Your enthusiastic self, a sweat towel, drink bottle and grippy socks. More grip, no slip! Grippy socks must be worn for your own safety. Socks will be available to purchase at reception very soon.

Comfy clothing, activewear that is easy to move in plus grippy socks for stability and support.

All classes run for 45 minutes.

Unfortunately, if you’re late to the class, you will be refused entry and your spot given to another participant. Due to safety reasons and to maintain the flow of the class, strictly no late comers.

Class booked out, no worries – please add yourself onto the waitlist, class bookings always move! If a spot becomes available you’ll receive an email you’re booked into the session.

Yes, this is highly encouraged, allowing the next member on the waitlist to join the class.

Absolutely, feel free to attend at either studio. With classes on the hour, on the half hour or quarter, we have you covered for a variety of timeslots.

Just ensure you double check which location you are booking into via the client portal.

Please speak to your GP or obstetrician first to have verbal or written approval to attend. However, if you have never done a Reformer class before, we kindly ask you do not start until after your pregnancy.

YES! At our Narrandjeri studio we will have permanent pre/post natal Reformer sessions with a highly qualified instructor.
