All levels are for members 18 years or older
This level is designed for adults who are comfortable in the water and can swim up to 1000m per session. The focus is on building foundational skills, enhancing comfort in the water, and learning proper stroke techniques. Perfect for those looking to improve their fitness and build basic endurance at a comfortable pace.

Elevate level is geared towards swimmers and triathletes who can swim up to 2000m per session and are proficient in 3 strokes. This level emphasizes building endurance, refining stroke technique, and developing consistent pacing, with structured workouts that incorporate a variety of strokes and intervals. Ideal for those looking to advance their skills and swim more efficiently, whether for fitness, open water, or competition.

This level focuses on high-intensity training, speed development, and race strategy, providing technical fine-tuning for competitive performance. Perfect for those training for competitive swimming events, triathlons, or seeking to reach peak physical performance.

If you still wish to be a part of the squad no action is required from you.
Stroke Correction Squad members will continue to enjoy their existing benefits in the refreshed version of the squad, with the added advantage of more tailored class options.
Membership rates remain unchanged, and you’re all set to enjoy these squad updates!
Booking into the Adult Stroke Correction Squad requires a minimum of a Aquatic membership with the additional add-on contract for the Stroke Correction Squad. Bookings will open 7 days and 1hr prior to the start of the session. This is the same process as the group fitness bookings.
Please contact our Membership / Sales or Aquatics team to activate.
The price will increase $10 per week according to your current NARC membership – The minimum is an Aquatic membership.
You can book into any number of the sessions offered (subject to availability); the maximum number of places offered will be 12 for each of the sessions.
We will be monitoring how each of the sessions are going and if we need to offer more sessions, we will work towards this and keep everyone updated.
As part of this Squad, we would offer you a complimentary Health Consult with one of our Gym instructors and the offer of a tailored swim set for you to follow outside of Squad times.
