Million Moves

From 1st-21st September, we’re encouraging every member to complete 75 moves a day for 21 days.

75 represents the alarming statistic that 75% of Australians do not meet the Australian national physical activity guidelines – and it takes 21 days of consistent action to build a health habit.

How to get in your moves?

  • Join a group fitness class
  • Get in a gym workout
  • Dive into your daily swim (minimum 500m)
  • Can’t get to NARC? Head out for a walk or juts get your body moving
