Men’s 12-Week Thriving Program

Calling all men over the age of 45, or any age to be honest, let’s get active and start thriving.

Join AFL legend Bluey McKenna and fitness expert Rob Morris for Darebin Daredevils – a 12-week men’s-only program designed to get you moving, fit, and thriving.

Tailored for men aged 45+, the program includes walking, Pilates, strength training, stretching, and Tai Chi, plus health scans before and after, and a personalised exercise plan. The program is designed to give you the knowledge and tools to keep moving, exercising and thriving as we age. 

 

Program Guide

Weeks 1 & 2 – “Get to Know Bluey” walking and talking sessions.

Weeks 3 & 4 – Mat Pilates & Core Strength

Weeks 5 to 8 – Strength training using dumbbells, kettlebells, and therabands

Weeks 9 & 10 – Stretching & Mobility

Weeks 11 & 12 – Tai Chi
