We have updated our terms and conditions to better serve our members. These changes include updates to membership policies, fees, facility usage guidelines, and safety protocols.

PLEASE NOTE: For new members signing up from the 27th June 2024, the new membership Terms and Conditions will come into effect immediately. Members existing from or before the 26th of June 2024 will have the opt-out period available to them as outlined below.
To continue providing high-quality services and maintain our facilities, there will be adjustments to our fees and charges starting July 25th, 2024.

In an effort to improve accessibility and fairness, we are introducing new group fitness booking rules, including a $5 late cancelled/missed class fee. These rules will ensure that all members and guests have equitable access to our fitness classes.

We understand that these changes may impact our members differently. Therefore, we are offering an opt-out period until July 24th, 2024. If you wish to terminate your membership or have any questions regarding these updates, please contact our customer service team at info@northcoteaquaticreccentre.com.au or give us a ring at 03 9088 4600.
Members will have until Wednesday, July 24th to opt out before changes go into effect on Thursday, July 25th 2024.
