Bootcamp (12-17 years)

30th September, 2nd October & 4th October

These school holidays, register your kids for an fun and educational experience!

Each day will consist of three sessions…
Nutrition

A basic and informative 45-minute session aimed at teens as an intro to dietetics, healthy eating, and basic food skills. 

Bootcamp (body weight exercises)

Run by experienced Personal Trainers to educate participants that the world is your gym and how to grow and strengthen their body using simple body weight exercises.

Hydrotherapy / warm down

Jumping in the hydrotherapy warm water pools for some recovery and a bit of fun to finish with some ‘Kraken Ball’ taken by the Northcote Water Polo Club. 

Intensive Swim Program

4-day program - running 23rd September to 26th Sept
Our Swim Bright holiday program intensive is a fantastic way for your child to elevate their swimming skills and improve their comfort in the water.

Our holiday swimming program intensive provides a unique opportunity for school aged swimmers to engage in a 30-minute lesson each day for a week.

These lessons will cover aspects of both stroke development and water safety, as well as plenty of fun and games!

Private and group lessons are available.
