What is Pre-Squad?
- 45-minute sessions
- Available to swim 1-2 times per week
- Fitness challenge

When?
Wednesdays
4:30pm – 5:15pm and 5:15pm – 6pm
Thursdays
5:30pm – 6:15pm & 6:15pm – 7:00pm
Fridays
4:30pm – 5:15pm and 5:15pm – 6pm
How much?
$25.75 per session
To be eligible for pre-squad you must be able to complete the following:
- 100m Freestyle with correct side breathing
- 100m Backstroke
- 50m Breaststroke with correct timing and kick
- 25m Butterfly with correct timing
- Tumble Turns
